Finished a VO2 Workout

Workout StatsI completed my first VO2 workout in a while and it didn’t feel too bad. I did 5×4-minute intervals with 3 minutes of rest. I set realistic targets for my wattage and I achieved and thus I was able to complete the set with only a few watts variation between intervals. I did alternate gears each one to vary my cadence. I was on the rollers as it was threatening to rain outside, which I actually prefer for VO2 workouts. This is the first workout of my VO2 focus so I hope to only see wattage go up from here!
