After warm weather teaser on Thursday, this weekend it’s back to the cold spring we’ve gotten used to. So I jumped on the rollers for an indoor workout. I didn’t have a set plan; I just wanted to get at least on hour on the bike with maybe some tempo work. I warmed up while getting some Cycling.tv video queued up. After a 20 minutes of warming up I started a block of tempo work. But as it did on Thursday, my wattage started creeping up. So by the end of the 45-minutes I had really done mostly LT wattage, without even trying that hard.
