Woke up to a beautiful clear sky and fresh snow on the ground. Did some shoveling as part of my warm-up then jumped on the rollers and did 2×20’s followed by some 30-second L6 efforts. The LT intervals we okay, but I wasn’t shooting for the same wattage as yesterday, so they were a bit lower. The L6 intervals were better than other times I’ve done them post-LT, but they still seem to hurt the same, regardless!
