Another 2×20 workout today. I don’t know if it’s due to riding in a cold garage, but I always seem to generate more power on the second interval. Maybe it’s taking me the first 30 minutes to really get warmed up? The wattage for the first interval was 275 and 302 for the second one. I really cranked it up the last five minutes of the latter, giving me a mini-VO2 workout!
