Today I tried to do another Maximal Aerobic Power (MAP) test and it didn’t go so well. I only managed a meager 376 watts! I say “meager” since just a couple weeks ago I achieved 406 watts. Plus, today it hurt a lot more once I was over threshold. I was so disappointed that I took my anger out by piling on a couple 20-minute intervals after the test. In those I managed a respectable 290 then 285 watts. So my LT is still decent, I just didn’t have any top-end today.
