I warmed up for 20 minutes then I rode one hour at Level 3/Tempo with 2-minute “bursts” at Level 5/VO2 every ten minutes. Made for a decent one-hour normalized power of 274 watts. Then I rested for 5 minutes and followed it with a 15-minute LT interval. Including warm-up and cool-down, it came out to a solid 1 hour 40 minute workout. It was the longest roller ride thus far and I didn’t get bored! But then again, it’s only November; we’ll see how I’m doing by January!?
