Now that I’ve noticed some improvement in my wattage, I decided to do another MAP test. This time I maxed out at 389 watts for the last minute, much improved over the 368 watts from last test. Boy it’s nice to see improvement! I also made the most of the workout by following it up with a 15-minute LT interval. It was really hard, even at a conservative wattage. Probably just the after effects from the short but intense test.
