As I’m taking this break from cycling, I looked into other things to keep me busy…preferably something non-cycling related so I’m not dwelling on how I’m not training (which can be depressing for an exercise-addict!). On Craigslist.com I found a post for production assistants for a reality show they’re filming in the area. Basically, the job is to drive the crew around during production.

I’m expecting it to be a fun experience as I’ll get to meet people from across the country and see the “behind the scenes” of a reality show. I can’t disclose what the show is about, but I’ll let everyone know when it airs. There’s a pool of local drivers they’ll use in shifts and the shifts are 10-12 hours long. The production should last a few weeks so if things get really quiet on my blog, you’ll know why!
