After putting in a good 3-day block of training (outside to boot!) my body definitely felt like it was in an “over-reaching” state these last few days. My legs felt heavy and I was feeling fatigued and haven’t been sleeping well. But after an easy day, Wednesday and a couple fairly easy 1-hour rides yesterday and today, I’m starting to feel better. But I’m really glad I put in all those outdoor hours when I could because now, winter is back! This morning it got down to 14°F and I don’t think it got higher than 25°F! Looks like it may warm up later next week, but for now, I’m back on the trainer.
