Well, here it is! I’ve finally taken the first step in something that I’ve wanted to do for a while. Heather always has great stories as she races her bike on her quest to be one of the best female cyclists in the world. She typically chronicles her experiences in great detail in her personal journal which she keeps religiously. Every so often she will summarize and email them out to friends and family members, but I’ve always felt that email was not the best medium for that.

So I’ve decided to try a weblog to post her stories and pictures in an attempt to chronicle the journey. I would like to start back a few years so you can get the history of how she got to this point. I’ll have to figure out how to pre-date a post so it doesn’t confuse people with out-of-sequence postings. Anyway, hope this proves interesting to at least some of you. With those, that are familiar with her race reports, just think, no more 5-page emails clogging your inbox!
